2014 Absentee Ballot Delivery Dates Deadline to send absentee ballots to UOCAVA voters (absent stateside and overseas uniformed services voters and overseas civilian voters):
  • General Election: September 20, 2014

Deadline (7-day window) to mail domestic absentee ballots to domestic (non-UOCAVA) absentee voters:
  • General Election: September 30 – October 7, 2014
